We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Personal Support Specialist to support individuals with complex needs in our supported living service in Cambridge. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide person-centered care and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and experience working with individuals with autism and other challenging behaviors. A full UK driving license is also required.
