Security Relief Officer Contract: Operations Performance

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Relief Officer to become an integral part of our team. As a key member of our security personnel, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our client's facilities, ensuring the protection of employees, visitors, and assets.

The Security Relief Officers we are looking for will complement the existing teams and will be called upon for both scheduled and unscheduled duties. These tasks may include covering shifts with prior notice, stepping in for absent colleagues due to unforeseen circumstances, and performing various other responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, flexible, and possess strong interpersonal skills. If you desire consistent working hours while engaging in varied work settings, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the physical security of client properties
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action
  • Implement access control measures and verify identities of individuals on-site
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting and directing visitors
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of security-related activities
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
  • Uphold high standards consistently, reinforcing ISS's professional image
  • Participate in necessary training and induction programs
  • Foster a secure and safe working environment at client locations
Candidate Profile
  • Possess a valid SIA licence
  • Proven experience in security or a related sector
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergencies effectively
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
