Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to join our team at Outmanage Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security services at our client's site, ensuring the safety and security of individuals and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly patrol the site to ensure safety and security
- Monitor entry points and respond to alarms or disturbances
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Respond to emergencies, including fire and medical incidents
- Conduct access control by checking IDs and issuing visitor passes
- Professionally resolve customer complaints and queries
- Maintain proper documentation of daily occurrences and write activity reports
Requirements
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) License
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Previous experience as a security guard
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Physical fitness and endurance for prolonged periods of standing and walking
