Security Officer

We are seeking a reliable and experienced security guard to join our team at OMS Group in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the site to ensure safety and security
- Monitor entry points and respond to alarms or disturbances
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Respond to emergencies, including fire and medical incidents
- Conduct access control by checking IDs and issuing visitor passes
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally
- Maintain proper documentation of daily occurrences and write activity reports
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) License
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Previous experience as a security guard
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Physical fitness and endurance for prolonged periods of standing and walking
