Job Summary:

KPI Recruiting is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries and respond to employee requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with all aspects of HR, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee absences, sick leave, and vacation time.
  • Support the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the completion of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure all licenses and certifications are up to date and renewed as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
