We are seeking to recruit reliable staff to support the smooth running of our examinations. This vital role enables our students to perform their best in every examination by ensuring correct procedures and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting out examination papers and supporting documents/materials in the examination room
  • Assisting students entering the examination room
  • Ensuring correct procedures and regulations are followed by students during the examination
  • Collecting examination papers and supporting documents/materials at the end of the examination
Main Examination Sessions

Exams take place at various times throughout the year, including weekdays and Saturdays. Invigilators are required to attend an invigilator training session before their first session.

Invigilators will be required to arrive 1.5 hours before the exam and are likely to finish up to one hour after the exam ends. They are able to claim an hourly rate for the whole time they are working.

This role is open to candidates who do not currently have the right to work in the UK, but who would be eligible to obtain a visa via another route. The University values equality, diversity, and inclusion and welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates.
