Junior Business Development Executive

We are seeking ambitious and resilient graduates to join our Sales Graduate Scheme, which offers a comprehensive training and mentorship program to help you build a successful career in sales.
The Sales Graduate Scheme involves assisting in generating leads, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Sales Graduate Scheme Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Issue Resolution: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Sales Review: Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
The Sales Graduate Scheme offers a competitive basic salary of £28-30k, depending on region, with OTE taking your salary up to a £40k total.
