Job Overview

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a General Radiologist with a subspecialty interest to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.

  • Deliver subspecialty radiology services, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illness.
  • Provide general elective and emergency radiology services.
  • Participate in out-of-hours responsibilities, including weekend working and on-call duties.
  • Cover colleagues' annual leave and other authorized absences.
  • Supervise and manage junior medical staff.
  • Contribute to undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education activities.
  • Participate in medical audit and clinical governance processes.

Key Requirements

  • Eligibility for entry into the GMC Specialist Register in Clinical Radiology or within six months of CCT receipt.
  • Wide medical or surgical experience.
  • Postgraduate medical qualification.

Salary Range: £76,000 - £103,490 per annum
