Home Care Manager

Cera Care is seeking a highly skilled Field Care Supervisor to lead our team of carers and ensure the delivery of exceptional care services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, promoting dignity, respect, independence, and choice.
About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate individual to oversee the supervision of carers, ensuring customers' requirements are met, and that our team is skilled and able to deliver safe quality care. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting meet & greets, completing care plans and reviews, and performing risk assessments. You will also be involved in audits of MAR charts and Log books, as well as conducting carer spot checks and field supervisions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the care sector, good communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly. They will also be organized, with good IT skills and a proven work history. NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential. The salary for this role is estimated at £22,395, taking into account the location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support carers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care
- Conduct regular meet & greets with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and review care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of customers
- Perform risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular spot checks and field supervisions to monitor carer performance
