We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team at GLG Vets in Prescot, Merseyside. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional veterinary care to our patients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 39 hours a week over four days, with a weekend roster that includes one Saturday in three or alternate Saturdays and Sundays. You will be responsible for providing high-quality veterinary care, consultations, and surgical procedures, ensuring the health and well-being of all animals under your care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with veterinary assistants, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care">
  • Maintain accurate records and manage client communications effectively">
  • Possess a Degree in Veterinary Medicine and an active license to practice in the UK">
  • Demonstrate strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills">
  • Excel in communication and teamwork abilities">

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £74,000 per year, reflecting the importance of your role in delivering exceptional veterinary care to our patients.
