Job DescriptionThis role involves leading a team of carers to provide exceptional care services to customers. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
The job requires a high level of flexibility, with regular travel to customer locations and occasional evening or weekend work. The ideal candidate will be organized, with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The salary for this role is estimated at £22,395, taking into account the location and industry standards. Benefits include NVQ and in-house training and development opportunities, access to a comprehensive employee assistance program, mileage allowance, and paid DBS/PVG certification.
