Social Work Professional

This Child Protection Specialist position requires a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England to work in a Child Protection Team based in Merseyside. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in working with children and families, including those from vulnerable groups.
The successful candidate will be creative, flexible, and forward-thinking in approach, knowledgeable of Child Protection legislation, and constantly striving for continuous improvement to provide the best outcomes for children. They will also possess excellent mediation and negotiation skills on behalf of service users.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to service strategies, policy, and procedures as required.
- Work directly with children and their families, partnering with agencies including the police and health.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, taking account of diversity and promoting dignity and empowerment.
