Dedicated Support Worker for Vulnerable Groups

About the Job:
This role involves working with children and their families to deliver person-centered, safe, and effective social care services. You will make assessments and decisions about interventions, establish and maintain relationships with service users and other agencies, and use professional knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible outcome.
About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in working with children and families, including those from vulnerable groups, and possess creative, flexible, and forward-thinking approach. Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and understanding of child protection issues are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to use excellent mediation and negotiation skills on behalf of service users and have highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in assessments and plans.
About Your Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Four years plus Qualified.
