Sales Director

At the Financial Times, we're seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to drive and expand our commercial success. As a key member of FT Longitude, you'll take strategic lead in developing and implementing robust sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and increase our market presence.
This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of sales, CRM systems, and customer engagement, as well as the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing commercial team. You'll oversee end-to-end sales processes, refine operations, and collaborate closely with senior leaders to design impactful sales strategies and campaigns.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading sales teams, creating company-wide sales strategies, and driving commercial conversations. They'll be skilled in all stages of the sales cycle, proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation, and able to deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Our estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and requirements of the position.
