Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration and Reception Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is committed to providing an effective and efficient reception and telephone service for clients.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in IT, including MS Office packages, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general reception duties, such as answering the phone and distributing calls.
  • Carry out general office administrative tasks including word processing and diary management.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

  • Stable working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
