Administrative Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator (Mandarin) to join our team in Sheffield. As a global company with strong ties to China, we require someone who can communicate effectively with our internal teams and clients.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Project Data Entry: Enter project information into our centralised system with full training provided.
- General Support:
- Support the Office Manager with tasks such as meeting and greeting visitors, ordering supplies, arranging refreshments and meeting rooms, answering phones and general office administration.
Required Skills:
- Fluent Mandarin written and spoken skills.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work confidently both independently and in a team.
What We Offer:
- Up to £28,000 salary depending on experience.

- Standard office hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with flexible working available.
