Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various departments with their administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry and office management tasks
  • Assist with documentation preparation, filing, and transfer of post between Logistics & head office
  • Process freight invoices in SAP (dependent on ability)

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using computer software such as SAP and Excel
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Salary: £13.33-14.35 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours: 8:30-5:00pm (37.5hrs per week with 1hr lunch).
