Administrative Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have experience in producing and presenting reports, managing the risk and issue register, and providing administrative support.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the build and mobilisation of the National Centre for Child Health Technology (NCCHT) at Sheffield Children's.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Programme Director and team with planning, coordination, and governance.
  2. Provide administrative support, including reports, minutes, and documents.
  3. Track project progress and ensure completion of multiple tasks within given timeframes.

Person Specification:

  • Recognised qualification in maths and English e.g. GCSE grade A - C or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
