Adult Support and Care Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant Specialist to provide support to vulnerable adults in a unique package. As a Adult Support and Care Professional, you will work in a serene countryside environment, surrounded by farmland, and be part of a close-knit team.
In this role, you will provide support to adults with complex needs, including those with Autism, Dementia, and Learning Disabilities. You will be responsible for establishing good daily routines, performing personal care, and working effectively with the manager, team, and family members.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with adults with complex needs and be prepared to undertake training in PEG feeding, epilepsy, and moving and handling. Strong communication skills and registration under the PVG scheme are also essential. Full driving licence and obtained SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent are desirable.
The estimated salary for this role is £14,500 - £16,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
