Job Role

The successful candidate will work with adults who have a wide range of support needs, including learning disabilities and autism. Your key responsibilities will include providing individualized support, working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies, and developing strong relationships with service users and their families.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation

Working Arrangements

As a Relief Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work around your existing commitments. You will also accrue paid holidays and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while working.
