Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults in Angus? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Relief Worker.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work with adults who have a wide range of support needs, including learning disabilities and autism. Your primary responsibilities will include providing individualized support, collaborating with colleagues and external agencies, and developing strong relationships with service users and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults
- Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, paid monthly. As a Relief Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work around your existing commitments. You will also accrue paid holidays and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while working.
