Care Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional. As part of our community-based care service, you will be working with vulnerable adults in the Angus region, supporting them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include providing one-to-one support, administering medication, and assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking and home maintenance. You will also play a vital role in promoting the independence and well-being of our service users, helping them to participate in social activities and pursue their interests.
