Vulnerable Adult Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vulnerable Adult Care Worker to join our team in the Angus region. As part of our community-based care service, you will be working with vulnerable adults to support them in achieving their goals and living independently.
Your key responsibilities will include providing one-to-one support, administering medication, and assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking and home maintenance. You will also play a vital role in promoting the independence and well-being of our service users, helping them to participate in social activities and pursue their interests.
