Job Description: Support Professional in Supported Tenancy

Randstad is seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team in Forfar. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support to adults with complex needs, including those on the autism spectrum, dementia, and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the service users and their families to establish good daily routines and perform personal care tasks. You will also provide seizure care and use hoists to assist wheelchair-bound individuals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with adults with complex needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Registration under the PVG scheme
  • Full driving license (essential)
  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
