Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Support Practitioner to join our team in Angus. As a key member of our community services, you will provide individualised support to adults with complex needs, promoting independence, choice, and personal growth.

- Support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism, in their daily lives.
- Engage service users in activities and hobbies that bring joy and fulfillment, promoting social connections and community integration.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and effective communication.

- A competitive salary of £25,326 - £28,394 per annum (£13.76 per hour).
