We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism.

As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work with individuals on a one-to-one basis or as part of a team to provide practical and emotional support, promoting independence and choice in all aspects of their daily lives.

The successful candidate will have the ability to empathize with individuals who require support and be able to communicate effectively to ensure that their needs are met.

You will be required to undertake a programme of basic training to enable you to operate safely and meet the organisation's obligations to you in terms of health and safety legislation.

Relief Working at Turning Point Scotland is not suitable for those with full-time posts with other agencies.

The role includes cooking and housekeeping skills.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
