About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our online school as an Advocate, supporting vulnerable youth with complex needs. As an Advocate, you will play a vital role in promoting attendance, engagement, and academic achievement among our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to students, including making phone calls and taking registration
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour management plans and risk assessments
  • Establish strong relationships with partners, including Social Services, YOT, police, parents, and communities

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be working from home or at our school sites in Norwich or Kings Lynn. Estimated salary: £28,081 (FTE), 41 weeks per annum (term time only plus 2 weeks). This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
