We are seeking a KS2 Education Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced teacher to lead and manage a class, creating a rich educational experience for your students.
About the RoleYou will have the responsibility for leading and managing a class, creating a welcoming and stimulating environment that encourages children to form attitudes and develop characteristics of learning which will last throughout their lives.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to teamwork and a collegiate approach, be an excellent classroom practitioner, and have high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
The school offers a caring and supportive ethos where staff and children's well-being are a high priority. You will have the opportunity to work with amazing children who have a passion for learning and enthusiastic parents who enjoy participating in school life.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Education or related field.
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality education results.
- A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
