Job Title: Part Time Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Project Support Officer to join our team at Tate. As a Part Time Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategically important transformation and commissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with commissioners, transformation leads, and managers to deliver complex transformation and commissioning projects.
  • Develop specialisms from the single adult social care framework and work alongside commissioning managers to compile business cases for service modernisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as housing, performance, finance, change management, policy, and digital to operationalise new strategies, services, and partnerships.
  • Contribute to the roll-out of new strategies, services, and partnerships at a practical level, ensuring real implementation on the ground and embedding change projects into business as usual.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of public sector project delivery, adult social work, or the commissioning cycle.
  • Experience of working as part of a team on successful projects, with evidence of taking proactive solution-focused approaches to issues and risks that have resulted in positive change.
  • Change management experience.
