Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Support Officer to join our innovative regional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to deliver region-wide programmes of work.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting projects, administration practices, and working with a wide range of stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.

Key Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including minute taking and data collection.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure strong communication and mutual understanding.
  • Support the development of a regional neonatal nursing Qualified In Specialty programme, including knowledge of neonatal education and online education platforms.
  • Facilitate large-scale education events and workshops, and provide support for written reports and social media content.
Person Specification
  • Education to degree level or equivalent knowledge.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including neonatal services and online education platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
