About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic regional team, supporting the delivery of innovative programs and services that improve the experiences of neonatal staff and families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordination of meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and network stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  • Support the development of a regional neonatal nursing Qualified In Specialty program, ensuring alignment with national standards and regional needs.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent knowledge.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Experience of supporting projects, administration practices, and data collection and analysis.
  • Knowledge of neonatal services, education systems, and online platforms.
