Job Title: Part Time Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Project Support Officer to join our team at Tate. As a Part Time Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategically important transformation and commissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of complex transformation and commissioning projects, working closely with commissioners, transformation leads, and managers within your team.
  • Develop specialisms from the single adult social care framework and work alongside commissioning managers in compiling the business case for service modernisation.
  • Work alongside a number of stakeholders, including housing, performance, finance, change management, policy, and digital.
  • Be involved in operational delivery and roll out of new strategies, services, and partnerships at a practical level, delivering real implementation on the ground and embedding change projects into business as usual.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of one of the following: public sector project delivery, adult social work, or commissioning cycle.
  • Experience of working as part of a team on successful projects and evidence of taking proactive solution-focused approaches to issues and risks that have resulted in positive change.
  • Change management experience.
