Business Development Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our wholesale sales team in growing our business across all channels. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing new and existing customers to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop active customer plans to retain and grow existing business by providing marketing support, training, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify new product categories, ensure compliance, and drive target achievement in line with the Sales & Marketing Strategy.
  • Lead and motivate the wholesale sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
