Child Development Specialist

As a Child Development Specialist at Get Staffed Online Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with families in our residential centre, conducting thorough assessments of their ability to provide safe care for their children. The salary for this role is £36,000 - £38,000 per annum.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for helping families build confidence and refine their parenting skills, creating a safe and welcoming environment where children can connect with their parents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct well-evidenced assessments within established timelines.
- Manage a caseload of complex cases with high levels of risk and need.
- Work closely with families to help them build confidence and refine their parenting skills.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work and relevant registration, as well as experience in working with children and families. You should also have experience in completing parenting assessments.
