Job Title: Autism Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group support to students with autism, promoting their engagement and participation in class activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Apply effective behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist students in navigating their daily schedules and routines, providing essential stability and consistency.
