About the Role

Lantra, a leading awarding body for land-based industries, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our training programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize quality assurance activities for training providers, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
  • Monitor Assessors to ensure they work in line with our quality assurance strategy.
  • Coordinate validation activities, process reports, and support standardization sessions.
  • Monitor the performance of Assessors and External Quality Assessors (EQAs).

Requirements

  • Understanding of ISO processes related to quality assurance.
  • Ability to convey simple numerical information tailored to different audiences.
  • Ability to maintain quality systems processes and document audit trails.
  • Proactive thinking and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel.
  • High standard of written and oral communication.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
  • Team working skills and commitment to delivering high standards.
