About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational and Wellbeing Associate to join our team at Ann House, a Learning Disability and Autism service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized activity plans to promote physical and mental wellbeing
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to deliver graded interventions and activity analysis
  • Coordinate and lead group activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users, families, and support staff
  • Contribute to gathering assessment information and completing relevant documentation

Requirements

  • Care certificate or willingness to undertake a similar qualification
  • Ability to motivate and engage service users
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
