About the Role

We are recruiting for a Children's Contact Worker to join our team at Lynx Employment Services Ltd. In this role, you will work with children and families to provide emotional support and guidance, promoting resilience and positive relationships.

As a key member of our team, you will engage with families to understand their needs and concerns, developing effective strategies to address these issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children on the Update Service
  • Current driving licence with sole use of a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
