Student Well-being Advocate

This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN and SEMH needs.
You will work closely with students, teachers, and families to create and implement individualised support plans.
- Encouraging positive behaviour, self-confidence, and independence among students.
- Supporting students to manage their mental health needs.
- Working closely with teachers, special educational staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with SEN/SEMH or in a similar well-being or educational role.
Salary: £84-95 per day Location: Sandwell
