Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Advisor to join our dynamic team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to guests via phone, email, and live chat, mastering our booking system to facilitate guest orders efficiently.
- Ensure swift and professional responses to enquiries, exceeding our exceptional standards.
- Become a subject matter expert on our attractions, providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet personal and team targets, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
- Take on additional duties as required, contributing to the creation of unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Previous experience in a similar role, managing customer service, sales, upselling, and swift resolution of customer enquiries.
- Ability to achieve objectives and surpass sales targets in a dynamic Contact Centre environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed, thriving in challenging moments.
- Upbeat and approachable personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with outstanding organisational skills and time management expertise.
- A minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
