Job Title: Guest Experience Advisor

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract

Location: Chessington, London

We are seeking a Guest Experience Advisor to join our dynamic team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with information, support, and expert advice on our resort and attractions.
  • Ensure swift and professional responses to enquiries, meeting our exceptional standards.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our resort and attractions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet personal and team targets.
  • Take on additional duties as they arise, contributing to the spellbinding experiences we create daily.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing customer service, sales, upselling, and swift resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Ability to achieve objectives and surpass sales targets in our dynamic Contact Centre environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, thriving in challenging moments.
  • Upbeat and approachable personality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and time management expertise, effortlessly adapting to ever-changing priorities and demands.
