AWE Plc is recruiting a Trade Compliance Specialist to join its Customer Contracts - Governance & Operations Team. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in Trade Compliance and Export Controls, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare and submit end use statements in support of international procurement activities
- To raise UK export licence applications using SPIRE and LITE (where required)
- To maintain accurate records of export compliance in SharePoint
- To provide expert advice and guidance to AWE stakeholders regarding UK and international trade controls
- To support the wider Customer Contracts Team in relation to other Commercial activities
