Job Overview:
AWE Plc is recruiting a Trade Compliance Specialist to join its Customer Contracts - Governance & Operations Team. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in Trade Compliance and Export Controls, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and submit end use statements in support of international procurement activities
  • To raise UK export licence applications using SPIRE and LITE (where required)
  • To maintain accurate records of export compliance in SharePoint
  • To provide expert advice and guidance to AWE stakeholders regarding UK and international trade controls
  • To support the wider Customer Contracts Team in relation to other Commercial activities
