Job Title: Foodservice Brand Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Foodservice Brand Strategist to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive profitable growth in the foodservice market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand plans to drive profitable growth in the foodservice market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and activate brand plans.
  • Represent McCormick brands in customer meetings and present category and consumer insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead in preparing and delivering innovation sessions with customers.
  • Oversee digital communication platforms and work with agency partners to create and implement new content and creative materials.
  • Plan and organise brand presence at trade shows and customer events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant degree.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience of using syndicated data resources to monitor market trends.
