Job Title: Foodservice Brand Manager

McCormick & Company is seeking a skilled Foodservice Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving profitable brand growth and developing innovative marketing strategies for our foodservice brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand plans and activations to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and review activities to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Manage the brand's advertising and promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent McCormick brands in customer meetings and present category and consumer insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Activate launch plans and deliver creative materials to ensure successful market introduction and long-term growth.
  • Oversee digital communication platforms, including the brand website, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data resources, such as Nielsen and Mintel.
