Job Title: Foodservice Brand Manager

McCormick & Company is seeking a skilled Foodservice Brand Manager to join our team. As a Foodservice Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing brand plans and activations, working closely with the Commercial team and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand plans and activations to drive profitable brand growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and review activities to ensure they are delivering against Commercial objectives.
  • Manage the A&P budget tracker to ensure accurate allocation and tracking of expenses across initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent McCormick brands in quarterly customer meetings alongside our Commercial and Culinary teams.
  • Present category and consumer insights, brand plans, and new product development to customers and internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Lead in preparing and delivering innovation sessions with current and new End User customers.
  • Oversee digital communication platforms, including brand website, social media, and e-commerce channels in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Work closely with agencies to create and implement new content and creative materials.
  • Plan and organize brand presence at selected trade shows and customer events, ensuring impactful brand representation and effective engagement with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant degree.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the Foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders, including customers and senior management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that align with overall business goals.
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience of using syndicated data resources to monitor market trends, such as Nielsen, Mintel, Lumina Intelligence, and TheFoodPeople.
  • Ideal experience of creative tools, such as Canva.
