Job Title: Foodservice Brand Manager

McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Foodservice Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving profitable brand growth and developing innovative marketing strategies for our condiments and herbs, spices, and seasonings brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand plans and activations to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and review activities to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Manage the brand's A&P budget tracker to ensure accurate allocation and tracking of expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent McCormick brands in customer meetings and present category and consumer insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of new product launches and ensure successful market introduction and long-term growth.
  • Oversee digital communication platforms, including brand websites, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with syndicated data resources, such as Nielsen, Mintel, and Lumina Intelligence.
