The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success/service or internal sales. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Researching new key contacts and making outbound phone calls to existing customers to set up appointments for Regional Account Managers.
  2. Carrying out customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and acting on feedback accordingly; organising post-installation follow-up meetings for the Regional Account Manager (RAM).
  3. Ensuring all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases are updated timely and accurately.

Average salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
