About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Strategist to join our team at The Lanesborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a revenue strategy that drives growth and profitability for the hotel. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and managing revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies that meet business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
  • Manage revenue management systems to optimize room revenue and occupancy
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
