Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our Single Point of Access team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of referrals for 111, Children and Young People's Mental Health, and Neurodevelopmental Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely responses to enquiries.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
- Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain an efficient administrative system, including electronic and manual filing systems.
- Accurately produce reports, correspondence, and documents from a variety of sources.
- Work without supervision and ensure urgent situations are addressed swiftly.
- Ensure workload is managed and prioritized appropriately.
Person Specification
Essential
- Qualification in administration NVQ level 2-4.
- 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Excellent IT skills.
Desirable
- Experience of working in the NHS.
