About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our Music Brand Partnerships team as an Assistant to Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse roster of musical talent and drive client careers through recording deals, touring, performances, licensing, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a Music Brand Partnership agent, including tracking contracts, new business outreach, artist and brand pitching material, diary and travel management, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Support the execution of brand partnership deals, including liaising with external clients and partners, and internal staff at all levels.
  • Work with other agencies (e.g. PR, brand and media agencies) to obtain client briefs and opportunities.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business initiatives.
  • Conduct research and create presentations to support Music Brand Partnership agents.
  • Manage marketing materials needed for brand and artist pitches.
  • Track contracts, client calendars, and payments through detailed grids.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports for review and submission to Finance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a brand, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • An understanding of the landscape of brands and marketing agencies, and how they operate.
  • Experience creating decks and writing copy for pitch material, or an adaptable experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of social media metrics and audience data.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload with a busy inbox, managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients, senior-level executives, and colleagues.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client service-focused work environment.
  • A proactive, curious attitude, a willingness to "go the extra mile", contribute creativity, and be a team player and problem-solver.
